Gregory has over 10 years of real estate development experience and an enthusiasm for cutting-edge design and construction methodologies. Prior to founding PlanScape, Gregory held positions at Sovereign Properties and Macklowe Properties, developing over 1,000 units of luxury and market rate housing, mixed-use, and commercial properties in New York, Florida, and Texas.
Prior to working in development, he worked in architecture specializing in the design of mixed-use and multifamily projects in New York and New Jersey for HWKN Architecture.
Gregory holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development (MSRED) from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) from Pratt Institute.
