Budget and Financial Management: Monitor expenses and approve invoices and payments to contractors and suppliers.
Contract Management: Negotiate contracts with architects, engineers, contractors, and other service providers.
Reporting: Regularly update the Owner regarding the project's progress, budget, and schedule.
